Carver Commercial have recently completed the investment sale of North Point, a mixed office and industrial investment located in Faverdale Business Park.
The sale quickly followed the re-letting of the second floor to Nurse Plus, a leading provider of nursing and healthcare professionals. Chris Farlow comments
