A mixed office and commercial investment property extending to approximately 55,000sq.ft. has been sold by Carver Commercial for the second time over recent years.
The sale was concluded following a competitive marketing campaign with a number of offers received from a range of local and national investors. The successful purchaser is a joint venture partnership between two local businesspeople and the property is expected to undergo a significant refurbishment over the coming months.
