At Carver Residential, we take immense pride in the dedication and loyalty of our team members. Our success over the years is a testament to the hard work and commitment of our incredible team. Today, we celebrate nine remarkable individuals who have each dedicated over a decade to our business, with an impressive average tenure of 15 years among them and look forward to working with the younger generation of the company

Sonia Walton  MNAEA

Years of Service: 17  

Role: Senior Residential Valuer  

Contribution: Sonia has been an invaluable member of the team, combining her expertise in property sales with her knowledge in the local area to provide the best service for her clients. Her dedication, passion and enthusiasm for her work have made a lasting impact on our company and all she has worked with.

David Buckle  MNAEA

Years of Service: 32

Role: Northallerton Branch Manager & Valuer

Contribution: David continues to provide exceptional customer service to all his clients and there are few that can match his experience in the area. His can do attitude never fails to impress us. His continually expanding knowledge of the industry is powerful and ensures we are always doing things correctly.

David Tinkler  MNAEA

Years of Service: 26  

Role:  Newton Aycliffe Branch Manager & Valuer

Contribution: With over a quarter-century at Carver Residential, David Tinkler's experience and wisdom continue to have positive impact on our business. He has an exceptional understanding of the property market, and no-one knows the Newton Aycliffe area like him. This allows David to tailor the marketing to get the best results for his clients.

Shelly Pratt  MNAEA

Role: Newton Aycliffe Office Manager

Contribution: Shelly's dedication and attention to detail ensure the smooth running of our Newton Aycliffe office. She has a caring and compassionate attitude to her clients, always striving to get the best for them. 

Emma Wright  MNAEA

Years of Service: 14  

Role: Operations & Marketing Manager  

Contribution: Emma's creative vision and strategic thinking have significantly contributed to our growth. Her innovative ideas continue to push us forward.

Chris Farlow MRICS

Years of Service: 10  

Role: Carver Commercial Director & Chartered Surveyor

Contribution: Chris's understanding of the commercial property market has been instrumental to many of the accomplishments within Carver Commercial. His knowledge and passion for the industry is a driving force behind many successful case studies.

Helen Thornton 

Years of Service: 16  

Role: Secretary - Carver Commercial

Contribution: Helen's keen eye for detail is a huge asset to the commercial and surveying department. Her organisation skills and pro-active approach keep the department in check. Her experience and dedication are deeply valued.

Hilary Harper

Years of Service: 13  

Role: Sales Negotiator  

Contribution: Hilary's passion for her work and her ability to connect with clients have made her an essential part of our team. Her enthusiasm is captivating.

Michael Harvey FRICS

Years of Service: 16  

Role: Carver Building Surveyors Director & Chartered Surveyor 

Contribution: Michael's ever-expanding knowledge and expertise are second to none, providing up to date and relevant advice to clients across many areas.
